Client: Global E-Commerce and Retail Company

Background:

The company wanted to invest in its current front-line leaders to equip them to lead cohesive, impact-driven teams.

Solution:

Vaishali developed a tailored program consisting of a 6 week Conscious Leadership series. The program included the following components:

  • Topics tied to data:  Vaishali collaborated with the client to review engagement survey results and a pre-session assessment, crafting an impactful learning journey. This comprehensive program covered topics such as communication styles, navigating difficult conversations, and language alignment within team dynamics. In each module, learners explored their own tendencies, fostering empathy and awareness regarding their strengths and areas where they may require support.

  • Leader Involvement: To create a community learning environment, Vaishali met and worked with the leaders of the learners going through the program.  These leaders could then coach and support their learners to ensure learning behavior change and support.

  • Coaching Hours: Vaishali held regular coaching hours to provide individualized assistance to program participants.

  • Peer Learning: To facilitate peer learning, participants engaged in small group discussions. These discussions allowed leaders to share their experiences, challenges, and strategies for leading their teams. They worked together to develop the mindset and language necessary for productive conversations.
