The Journey
Experience earned at the highest levels.
Delivered to yours.
Vaishali's career began where the science of human potential lives. At The Gallup Organization, she worked directly with Q12™ and StrengthsFinder™ assessments to understand what actually drives leader effectiveness, in practice, inside real organizations trying to close the gap between who their people are and who they need to be.
She brought that same rigor to two of the world's premier global law firms, Arnold & Porter and Ropes & Gray, environments where the standard for professional development is uncompromising and the bar for meaningful learning is exceptionally high.
At Whole Foods Market, Vaishali helped deploy the company's first competency model and played a central role in the Academy for Conscious Leadership, built on the conviction that how you lead matters as much as what you achieve. It is where she saw what happens when an organization is willing to examine not just skills, but consciousness.
At Indeed.com, Vaishali designed and facilitated executive leadership programs across teams, cultures, and time zones, working inside one of the world's most complex global organizations. She understands what it means to develop leaders not just for a room, but for a world.
At Procore Technologies, Vaishali partnered with leaders through one of the most defining moments a company can face, supporting the human and organizational development work that carried people and culture through IPO and into what came next.
She has also taught at the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at UT Austin, working with the next generation of leaders at the intersection of entrepreneurship and purpose, illuminating the path for those just beginning to find their own.
The Approach
Not textbooks.
The actual rooms.
That breadth of experience across law, retail, technology and entrepreneurship, at global and pivotal scale, is what Mandalight Learning is built on.
Today, Vaishali designs experiences that do more than develop leaders. They illuminate what is already within your people and give it direction.
Every framework Vaishali teaches was forged in real organizations during defining moments. Gallup. Whole Foods. Indeed. Procore. That is your participants' curriculum.
Having built programs across cultures, industries, and time zones, Vaishali brings clarity that only comes from doing the work at genuine scale.
Reading a room, asking the question that needs to be asked, making content land through storytelling. Built over two decades of holding every kind of room imaginable.
Every Mandalight engagement begins with listening. Your context, your people, your moments that matter. No two programs are the same.
Recognition
The work speaks.
Others have noticed.
In 2024, Vaishali's impact was recognized nationally, not for the programs she built, but for the leaders those programs produced.

"Vaishali provided me with so many new valuable tools for my facilitator tool belt. I specifically appreciated how she helped us acknowledge that we are all human first. That acknowledgment is vital to setting the stage for meaningful work."

"Vaishali provided me with so many new valuable tools for my facilitator tool belt. Not only was I able to discuss how to better myself as a facilitator but I was also able to pick her brain on how I can apply these new tools to my specific role within my company. I am grateful for how personal Vaishali made our session and how open she was in sharing best practices and pro-tips. I specifically appreciated the last discussion we had on how to address an audience that may be impacted directly or indirectly from recent global events. I think ensuring that the audience understands that we are all human and we all experience some type of fragile, is important. Acknowledging that first is vital to setting the stage for the day. Thank you for all the insight Vaishali! I am so grateful!"
