Mark Worrell
Mark Worrell has spent the last fifteen years in various L&D roles, most recently facilitating global learning programs at 3M. Prior to that, Mark was an Associate Manager of People Development at Tesla, supporting leaders around the world and supporting the design and implementation of Tesla’s first ever Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leadership program. Mark has been working on global, dispersed teams since 2017. As part of this work, he supported development of Managing Globally Dispersed and Hybrid Teams training while working at Indeed during the pandemic.
Mark holds a Master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. Mark is a certified Crucial Conversations Facilitator and a certified Master Trainer through the Association of Talent Development (ATD).

Susan Cook is a Learning & Development Strategist, Strengths-Based Coach, and founder of DriftPath Consulting, who has spent her career helping people grow — as leaders, as teammates, and as individuals navigating change.
She's built and led coaching and leadership programs at Apple and Indeed, with results that include a 50% reduction in leadership turnover. Her style is practical, compassionate, and grounded in what people really need to move forward — whether they're chasing a new opportunity or just in a season of "what now?"
She holds an accreditation from Erickson Coaching International and is certified in StandOut Strengths Coaching, Hogan 360 Assessments, and ATD Training and Development.

Maura Holland loves lists, organizing, and knocking out tasks!
Maura has spent most of her career in marketing and talent operations for companies like Crate and Barrel and YETI, plus dabbling in tech software and home organizing.
She supports Mandalight Learning in multiple aspects of project management plus content creation for print materials and website design.
Originally from Chicago, Maura now calls Austin home and spends her free time juggling the schedules of her two teenage sons.
